Research shows that 95 percent of all accidents at the workplaces are triggered by unsafe behaviours. These false behaviours tend to interact with other negative features inherent in workflow processes.

It is seen that after an accident, people find ways to blame others rather than identifying the root cause. In reality, unsafe work behaviours cause four times more accidents than hazardous work conditions.

This behaviour based safety training encourages learners to adopt safe practices at work to minimise the occurrence of accidents.

How does it work?

You complete each module as part of the course. All participants must take part in an assessment consisting of 10 multiple choice questions. A grade of 80% is required in order to pass the assessment. If you don’t pass, then there is no need to worry as you can re-take the course as many times as you need.
